With all the great artists coming up in the Louisville music scene
it's becoming more difficult for some local artists to stand out.
But not for Dejarion!
With his unique voice and powerful delivery, Dejarion brings to the game a style very few artists can live up to, and breathes a new light onto the Louisville music scene.
"In Louisville Everybody wants to be the next big rapper or singer or something;
but they can only mimic what they hear from other people.
They can't create songs from scratch, that comes from experience and just living life."
We sat down with Dejarion and asked what it takes to propel your music career to the next level here's what he had to say:
"You have to believe in yourself first and foremost; even if you don't know what your next step is, you still have to take it."
When asked about the future of the Louisville music scene he had this to say;

Since 2016 Dejarion has been releasing music on SoundCloud and now via his own website.
His Debut EP "Not Sorry 4 the wait" was highly regarded among local listeners and continues to gain traction online.
"By using only one platform you're only limiting yourself.
Don't just upload your song to SoundCloud and expect it to blow up;
you have to work to get it out there on as many platforms as possible and then promote it."
To kick off 2021 Dejarion will release a series of new singles: "Dance", "New one", "Gelato", and "Pray".
